Kaitlyn Anne Vincie

 Kaitlyn Ann Vincie was born on the 10th of December, 1987. She is an American journalist. As a reporter for Fox NASCAR, she presents on their weekly news and update program NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie's fascination with stock car racing began when she was issued with a pit lane pass, and after graduation from Christopher Newport University, she worked as a reporter at Langley Speedway. Vincie's personal NASCAR video blogs were released on SceneDaily, a stock car racing site. Vincie was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia on December 10 on the 10th of December in 1987. Her family relocated to Warrenton following the time Vincie started high school. She is the daughter of John and Margaret Vincie, and she has one older sister. Vincie's grandmother Eleanor N. Logan was a fifth grade teacher while her grandfather was on faculty at Bridgewater College. She was interested in journalism from a young age. Vincie completed her studies at Fauquier High School in 2006. She competed in track and field competitions, and also worked as a director of the school's team in wrestling for four years. She was crowned champion in the 800m race of the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had the pleasure of meeting Al Pearce, a journalist who mentored and gave Vincie lots of advice. In 2010 Vincie graduated from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor's in communications. Vincie was an intern in the athletics department of the university. She also was a part of Charlotte Motor Speedway's USAR Pro Cup Series. She wrote her senior dissertation about gender-based disparities in auto racing that focused on female race car driver Danica Patrick, and became interested in the sport once she got a pit-lane pass to the NASCAR All-Star Race. Her inspirations include Wendy Venturini and Krista Voda.
